You CAN feel like yourself again…
If you’re like me, you may want to read along or just read instead. Just scroll down for the same information you’d find in the video….
Are you feeling weighed down by life?
-
-
- Feeling like you have no energy – you get home at the end of the day and just want to flop on the couch and watch the Hallmark channel.
- You’ve got no interest in exercise, or hobbies, much less sex.
- Maybe you’d just like to take a vacation from being you.
- Maybe you’re feeling out of control or like you’re going crazy?
- You walk into a room and can’t remember why you’re there, or can’t remember your best friend’s name
Do you see your grandmother in the mirror? - Then there are the times when you’re so angry you just want to scream at everybody.
And later, you really don’t even know what got you so upset. - Do you feel just plain old?
- Your joints hurt,
- your skin’s dry,
- and you feel like you’ve been drug through the wringer.
- You get dressed up, you look into the mirror and you see – — your grandmother?
-
It sucks!
You may be missing the woman you used to be.

Wishing that you had enough energy to go to work every day and still feel like going out to dinner and dancing in the evening (Using an app to get a pizza just isn’t the same).
Really – being able to do ANYTHING after work except crawling into your PJ’s with a quart of ice cream.
Do you wish you still had those old sexy feelings for the man across the table from you? Or ANY feelings for him?
Wouldn’t it be great if you could be the one suggesting going to the park or the ballgame, instead of wishing they’d all go without and leave you with the TV (and that quart of ice cream)?
You know that the alternative to getting older isn’t so great; you just wish it didn’t hurt so much. And it would be a whole lot better if the person on the other side of the mirror didn’t look like she’s halfway to the grave.

All of what you’re feeling is a very normal feeling for women in their 40’s to 60’s.
Because you’re not going crazy; your hormones are.
That’s because that thing called menopause (that everyone thinks is just your periods stopping) isn’t just one thing.
It’s a series of changes that happen over time that have been affecting your body.
You see, sometime in our late 30’s or early 40’s, our reproductive system starts to slow down. And as it does, the hormones that have been in normal ranges for so many years begin to become unbalanced.
And, since all our systems are interconnected, those hormones affect how well other hormones and systems work. And that’s where the effects, symptoms, signs, and side effects come from during perimenopause.
I call this is your Menopause Journey. And it’s NOT a vacation!
The changes don’t stop happening all at once. For most of us, our Menopause Journey is a process as our reproductive system slows more and more and finally stops. And, it’s not over when our periods have finally stopped. For most of us, we still feel the effects until our body adjusts to its new levels of hormones – usually 2 to 5 years after our “official” menopause – the first anniversary of our last period. So, while we’re postmenopausal, we’re still experiencing symptoms.
Unfortunately, one of the hardest parts of this journey is how much we don’t know.
Why don’t we know
-
- that we’re going to hurt every day,
- that our sex life is going to disappear
- and that we’re going to want to put on our bathrobes as soon as we come home everyday?
Most women experience at least some of these symptoms,
so why didn’t anyone tell you?
As young girls, someone (hopefully) took us aside and explained what was going to happen to us as we reached puberty and began having our periods. And even if it was less than complete, at least we had some idea about it.
But for these changes, did anyone give YOU a heads up?

When I first starting noticing weird things going on in my body (and my brain and my emotions), I couldn’t understand what was happening or that it was all connected to menopause. Because no one told me. Not even my doctor. Later, I learned my body had started changing several years before; I just didn’t know it!.
I didn’t understand what was happening in my body, and that may have cost me my first marriage, my home (and almost my relationship with my kid).
I felt crazy and out of control, because, all of a sudden, I wasn’t the same person. I was different.
I wasn’t willing to lose everything, so I started researching like crazy to understand what was happening to me. That’s when I learned that for women, our bodies and our emotions start changing long before our periods start to change.
In fact, my doctor told me I still needed birth control, and I thought that meant I wasn’t “in” perimenopause. (Just a note – you’re potentially fertile until your periods have been gone for a year – all the way through perimenopause.)
Over the years, I went through a lot of other changes.
And that’s why I call this whole thing your “Menopause Journey” – because as your reproductive system shuts down, your body, your mind, and your emotions don’t just change once, but shift over and over.
Once I knew that what was happening to me was a natural process, I began to research how I could make the symptoms less troublesome and how I could get back to being myself again.
It took a lot of research and a lot of experimentation to discover what worked for me.

My Menopause Journey may have cost me my first marriage, but led me to the amazing life I have today. Because, in the process of designing a plan for myself, I uncovered in myself a passion for educating women about their Menopause Journey and helping them creating individual plans to reduce their symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and insomnia – to stop feeling old, regain their energy, and start feeling like themselves again.
So, what does this mean for you?

If you’re like the other women I coach, you’re wondering “What can I do to feel like myself again? What can I do to get relief from crashing fatigue or improve how I look when I try on clothes?”
The good news is, there are things you can do to feel more like yourself again – energetic, vibrant, and engaged in your life and they can be easily fit into your day.
The bad news is, I can’t tell you exactly what those things are.
While the changes in your body are similar to your best friend’s, no two bodies are the same which is why you need a plan that is customized to your body in order to feel like yourself again.
I call this your Menopause Survival Plan .

After years of helping my individual clients create theirs, I’ve developed a new approach to these plans.
Now, you can create your unique plan for yourself.
I’ve packaged everything you need to create your plan into a program that you can use to build your plan. You can elect exactly what changes you need to ditch your symptoms and feel like yourself again.
We’ll start with making sure you know what’s going on with you. I’ve included all the information that nobody’s told you – why your menopause journey affects every part of you, not just your body, but your mind, your emotions, even your spirit. And I’ll tell you how we’re going to go about making it better by making simple lifestyle changes.

Then, we’ll look at each of the four foundations of wellness, how menopause affects each one, and what you can do to make small, easy changes to bring your body, mind, emotions, and spirit to a healthy place. (Even if you came into your journey without paying enough attention to your health. Because we women can be busy helping everyone but ourselves throughout our lives.)
What changes will you make in each area? Well, that depends on you. What stage of your journey you’re in. What your hormones are doing. What other physical issues you might have. What your lifestyle needs.
But, for each area, I’ll provide alternatives, based on what has worked for the women I’ve helped in each stage of their Journey.
Finally, in our last module, we’ll put it all together and we’ll look at how you can keep your plan current to whatever changes your body makes as you go through your journey.
Over the years I’ve been working with women to help them survive menopause, I’ve learned how to help my clients feel better fast and I get great results. So, I’ll ask…
Are you ready to feel better,
take back control of your life,
and stop letting menopause dictate your journey?
You might be wondering, “When I say yes, how does this work? If my plan is so unique, can I really do this from a program?”
The answer is yes.
Here’s how it works…
I know it’s hard to imagine that you can feel better without drugs or medical intervention, but I’ve worked this magic with hundreds of women over the years. And, I’m excited to be offering a solution that will help you at a lower cost, and on your terms.
I’ve stuffed this course with all the information you need to review your symptoms, understand what’s at the root of your current symptoms, and create a plan that fits into your life. You’ll be able to work through each of the four foundations of your wellness plan, and make the changes that bring you back to feeling good.
Wondering what will be in your plan?
I honestly don’t know because you’re tailoring your plan to your individual body. No two plans are identical.
You’ll start by looking at your symptoms. That helps us figure out what’s going on in your body.
Then, you use that “diagnosis” to create your plan.
You may not have to make any changes in one foundational area, because it’s already working for you. Or maybe because it will be fine once you fix another area. But in another area, you may need to make bigger changes.
I do know using my method, you’ll be able to create a plan that will work for you.
A word of caution:
Even after all I’ve said, this program isn’t right for everyone.
And here’s why.
My plan is magic for most women. But this isn’t the kind of magic you might be thinking of.
First, with this plan, there’s no “magic pill.” You may have heard that HRT will “cure” menopause, or that certain drugs (especially anti-depressants or anti-anxiety) relieve some symptoms. You may have even heard recommendations for herbal product (usually named Estro-something) that someone swears by. I don’t buy it, and I’ll tell you why I don’t believe this is the right path for most women in our first week together. But, if you’re looking for a magic pill, I don’t have one.

Second, if you’re looking for a “wave your wand, all better” solution, you won’t find it here. This isn’t Hogwarts and I’m not Professor McGonigill. I’ll be asking you to make changes. You get to decide which suggestions you take and which you don’t. Your results will be the outcomes of your actions, not a transfiguration spell.
Finally, if you’re looking for a recipe (in magic terms, a grimoire), you won’t find it here. It just doesn’t work that way. Your plan will be unique, because you make it that way. Because what fits someone else just right won’t fit you. So, you will have to make choices and decisions. I think it’s better that way. But if that’s not what works for you, I can’t say that this is the right program for you.
But if you’re looking for a natural solution and are willing to make some changes and maybe even to experiment with what are the right changes for you, then I’m confident you’ll be feeling better and more like yourself with your Menopause Survival Plan. In fact, I’m so certain, that I offer you a 90 day guarantee. You can read more about it below.
But, first – some bonuses…
I know you might have questions. There are lots of myths and misinformation floating around out there that you may be wondering about. You might want to know which choice is best for you. You might want to know if there’s another option which will work. So, I have two bonuses that will help ensure that your plan is right for you and give you extra support as you put your plan into practice and a couple of other bonuses to help your program work better for you.
Exclusive Q&A sessions: Twice a month, I’ll be opening up my “Zoom Room” for questions. The first and third Wednesdays of the month, at 8pm Eastern time, you’ll be able to join me for an open Q&A session. If that time is inconvenient for you, you can submit a question through Facebook or email. All sessions will be recorded and you’ll have access to not just the sessions recorded during your program, but to all recorded sessions.
Private Facebook group: First is our private Facebook group, “Feel Better in Menopause – Naturally.” You’ll have a one-year membership in our FB group. You’ll be able to connect with others on their journey and support and get support from them. I check in with the group frequently and provide inspiration and you can leave a question there in case you aren’t able to attend our Q&A sessions.
Jump-start cleanse: Almost every client I work with can benefit with a “jump start.” Because sometimes, a complete break with the way you were eating is the best way to get to a new way of eating. So, I created “The Cleanse,” a 5 day way of eating that makes it easier to begin eating healthier for menopause. You’ll have access to The Cleanse in Week 4 (we address the 3rd foundation – The Right Nutrition – in Week 5).
Bonus material: I’ve scattered bonus material throughout the course to help you understand menopause, make your changes, and even bonus sessions about hydration and supplements. These “Easter eggs” are there for you to find and enjoy.
My 100 Day One-Question Guarantee
The program is designed in 7 modules and I’m asking you to go through one per week. Even though you may have time and the inclination to go faster, each module has its own “Action Step.” These are the changes that will actually change the way you experience your Menopause Journey. So, give yourself plenty of time to work through your choices and determine what works best for you.
The entire course will take you about 49 days.
So, here’s my promise to you – If, after 100 days, you aren’t satisfied with this program – because you haven’t found the right solution, or because you decided on a different way to handle your symptoms, or even that you didn’t have time to implement your plan – I’ll give you your money back. I just have one ask – that you tell me why you’re asking, so I can improve the program for other women. I won’t not give you your money back; I just want to know what I can improve.
So, I’m asking again…
